Paid medical services for population are introduced in the Lviv City polyclinic №3 on
the ground of:

• The Law of Ukraine “Fundamentals of legislation of Ukraine on healthcare” (Article 18)

• Resolution of CMU (Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) from 17.09.1996 №1138 (paragraph 4, part 1 of the list of paid medical services)

• The Statute of Public Noncommercial Utility Company “Lviv City polyclinic №3” (paragraph 3.2.5, paragraph 3.2.28, sub-paragraph 5.3.3)

• Regulation on paid medical services (from 21.11.2019, order №193)
